You cannot advertise the molecule. Everything else is open.
The restriction is correct and permanent. It also covers a much smaller surface than most pharma companies behave as though it does — and the space it leaves is almost entirely unoccupied.
A shorter list than you think.
Film inside the plant.
A facility cleared by the strictest regulators on earth, and there is no footage of it anywhere. Not for investors, not for candidates, not for the procurement head at a hospital chain deciding between you and a competitor. The reason is usually that someone once said filming inside a plant is complicated, and nobody tested it since.
It is not complicated. It requires planning the shot list against your own SOPs before the crew arrives, which is a scheduling problem rather than a regulatory one.
You cannot advertise the molecule. You can build the institution that made it.
Clinical excellence, read as commerce.
The outcomes data exists and is genuinely strong. It is written for clinicians, published in formats patients never see, and surrounded by pricing conversations that colour everything. Translating that record for a non-clinical audience without overclaiming is difficult work and it is the difference between a hospital brand people trust and one they compare on rate cards.
