Performance Max ate your media plan. Here's what's left to manage.
The buttons are gone, the black box won, and what survives is exactly what agencies undersold for a decade: creative velocity, clean data in, and the discipline to measure incrementality.
Share of Model: the metric that replaced rankings
One shoot, forty assets: the new production math
- 01One production day
- 02Nine hero cuts
- 03Forty platform variants
- 04A quarter of feed
Specialists, on demand.
One discipline at a time · each priced on its own sitePerformance media run like engineering. The machine wins the auction — we win the inputs it learns from.

Demand creation. Search catches people who already want you — social is how they start wanting you.

Cited, not just ranked. The practice that puts brands inside the answer, not below it.

App growth end to end — the store listing, the discovery layer, and the install economics behind both.

Anyone can publish. Authority is the work — and unlike ads, it compounds instead of resetting.

One shoot, a quarter of content. Production math that holds up when the feed eats everything.

Every surface inside every platform, governed together with cross-channel rules.
No agency seam
The same people run your site funnel and your app funnel, so the handoff never drops.
Governance you can see

How we work.
From first call to the number in your P&LStrategy
We audit what exists, find the gap, and agree the one number we're accountable for.
Deployment
The specialist builds — tracking, creative, systems — alongside your team, not behind a wall.
Scale
Testing velocity compounds. What works gets more budget; what doesn't gets killed fast.
Attribution
We report the number in your P&L, not the one the platform awarded itself.
Platform and analytics access, one decision-maker who can say yes, and an hour a week. That's genuinely it.
Every account, asset, and dashboard is yours and stays yours. No hostage data, no exit fee.
We're not for everyone.
Better you know now than after a callYou don't brief us and manage us from a distance.
We work inside your team's rhythm — your standups, your docs, your tools. If you want a vendor at arm's length, there are better options.
We're not twenty people doing utility work by the ticket.
We're specialists, not headcount. If what you need is volume execution at the lowest possible rate, we'll cost you more than we're worth.
No keynote, no vision deck, no fifty-year-old telling you about brand.
We're technical and we do the work. If you want inspiration without implementation, the magazine is free — take that instead.
You keep owning the marketing.
We add skill where you're not at your best. If the goal is to hand the whole function to someone else and stop thinking about it, we're honestly not the fit.
If you want to hand it off, we're honestly not.
A community that levels up.
Free · for the 99% as much as the 1%The Index Group
A room for operators — no pitching, no recruiters. Ask the thing you can't ask in your own Slack.
Issue nights
When an issue drops, the desks get on a call and take it apart with whoever shows up.
The teardown
Submit your work — funnel, creative, landing page — and a desk reviews it publicly, kindly, in detail.
Questions.
The ones you'd ask on the callSo are you an agency or not?
Not in the way you mean. An agency takes the work off your plate and reports back. We work alongside your team on one discipline you don't have covered. You still own the marketing.
What if I only need one thing?
Then take one thing. Each specialty is a separate practice with its own site and its own published price. Most people start with one and never need more.
Who actually does the work?
The specialist you meet. There's no pitch team and no junior handoff after signing — that's the whole reason we're structured this way.
Do you replace my team?
No, and we'd turn down the engagement if that were the goal. We're the skill you can't justify hiring full-time, not a substitute for the people you have.
How fast can you start?
Usually two weeks from signature. Week one is access and audit; systems are typically live inside the first month.
What if it isn't working?
You'll know before we do, because the dashboard is live and the number we report is the one your finance team recognises. Quarterly commitments, and you keep every asset.
Do I have to subscribe to work with you?
No. The magazine and the community are free and unconditional. Plenty of readers will never hire us, and that's the point.
