Why we built this.
Because the marketing services market kept selling generalist retainers into a market that had quietly become specialist. Every problem got the same answer. Nobody published a price. Nobody published a method. Nobody let you keep the systems when you left.
So we built the opposite: six specialties, one standard, published prices, transferable systems.
The specialist does the work. The marketer owns the mission. Published economics beat theatre every time. If a system cannot be handed over, it was never yours.
How we're organised.
Seven desks, one standardEach intelligence desk runs as a named practice with its own site, its own lead, and its own published price. Marketing Legendary is the wrapper: the magazine, the community, the operating standard, the door for buyers who need more than one discipline. Structuring it this way means the specialist depth is real, and it is auditable.
The family.
Same operating discipline, different problem spaces
Published, plainly.
- -Fees are published on every specialty page. No 'call for pricing'.
- -No media commissions on top of fees. If we run your $500K of spend, we do not also collect 10% of it silently.
- -No kickbacks from platforms or vendors. If a tool suits the problem we recommend it; if a cheaper one does the job we say so.
- -Fixed scopes, quarterly commitments. Rolling monthlies exist for advisory only.
Saying it is rare enough to be a differentiator, and we would rather it stopped being rare.
